No. Not the same admissions committees. Moreover, tens of thousands of applicants later, your previous rejection means nothing to them, even if they did somehow "find out."

at an admissions panel meeting I recently went to, an adcom said you'd be surprised at how often people actually mention schools they were accepted to (but didnt go to) in their PS or resume. She said it was the equivalent to wearing your high school letterman jacket on your college campus
