As the title of this post tells you almost everything, is there any particular reason for employment after 9 months in the US News Ranking? Is it almost impossible to land a job after you struggle with finding one for 9 months after graduation? I am sorry if this question has been asked before. I could not find it using search engine in the TLS site.

I think they do that because you have to take the pass the bar exam to work as an attorney so it's pointless to look at job right after grad if the bar results come out in Nov.

isnt that also when first loan payments start coming due?

So as they graduate in May, when people usually take a bar exam to have the result in Nov? But I thought passing bar exam does not mean you are employed b/c You can become an unemployed lawyer

Some people might not get a job until after passing the bar though so it is a decent amount of time to look for a job after. I think at graduation is obviously a better measure but w/e
