Where to send additional LORs after being waitlisted

Sorry, couldn't find the answer in a search. After being waitlisted, where should one send additional LORs--LSAC or directly to the school? Does it matter? (I'm envisioning a school-specific LOR here.)

It would reach the school quicker if you sent it to the Admissions Office and you could also send a LOCI.
