Ive been accepted to some of my safeties (washu, texas, vandy, etc.)
When does merit aid get offered?

I'm in at Vandy, too, and they mention in our acceptance materials that they make scholly decisions in Feb.

so they just mail another letter? I thought that was only for their special awards (which I applied for)...what about just for schollys based mainly on numbers?

There's no universal answer for this...it depends on the school. Some have already sent money out, others will send it later.

Texas merit money came like 2-3 weeks after the acceptance, and I was accepted in February

just got texas, when should I start negotiating with other schools?

Wash U told me earlier this month that the scholarship committee would meet at the end of the month to determine aid.
