Why would some law schools keep asking applicants this question? What's the point anyway

? Will a person treated differently just because s/he applies too many schools??

i don't think it really matters. I answered honestly and had a laundry list of law schools. Maybe it will make them feel more inclined to suade me w/ scholly money. Either way, I doubt it matters much if at all

If you don't offer full disclosure of all the schools you apply to, you'll fair Character and Fitness twice.

I considered it an advantage to fill it out if your applying to nearby schools with similar standards. It creates a bit of competition from schools.

I think TCR here is put down the peer/regional schools and reaches (not too many reaches!) to which you are applying. --Don't lie though.
