Oh 2 years removed. Then it won't have any effect.dr123 wrote:Why a negative effect? I've heard they don't want younger students, but I'm already 2 years removed and I'm not applying until next cycleFiveSermon wrote:No positive effect.
It can have a negative effect.
As long as you weren't just a bookworm for those 3 years (as you show you weren't from the above), I do not think it will hurt or harm you. You will probably be on a level playing field with everyone else you apply with.dr123 wrote:Part time work on and off, coordinator of a student group. Yeah my motto was always "Why rush it." I had a great time in undergrad and I only took 12 credits a semester (minimum to be full-time), and I finished in four years. I was a science major, too. Also, I never took summer classes. But, I did take LOTS of community college credits in HS and AP courses.dr123 wrote:I wasn't really a bookworm at all, Summer courses were cheaper at my UG and when you're enrolled as a full-time student you can take up to 20 credits without paying extra, so I figured I should get the most bang for my buck. In hind sight it was a pretty dumb decision, I'm pretty jealous of all my friends who are all on the 5/6 year pathDCLaw11 wrote:As long as you weren't just a bookworm for those 3 years (as you show you weren't from the above), I do not think it will hurt or harm you.
