for Albany, I had to write an explanation for an alcohol violation, but i specified i was answering question 11 in the attachment when it was really question 4. What should i do?

Fix it. Send an updated version through fax explaining the mistake. They probably will not care and its just as likely they did not even notice. It is a matter of small consequence.
