Even if they did what is stop Michigan from making the LSAT optional and taking 50% students with 4.0's with no LSAT.
I'm assuming that USNWR would alter their formula to prevent the blatant gaming of the system.

And you've got to assume that most people will continue to take the LSAT just because otherwise they'd be limited as to where they're going. I'm also assuming that if you have a score, it'll have to be reported.
