Most of your schools will require final transcripts to be sent directly to them, so they can make sure you actually graduated.

Of course, from what I've seen, if you've already been accepted a (reasonably) lower gpa won't affect that.

By asking, you mean if they e-mail me or something, right?
It's funny that none of the schools have requested them. :/

Also - I am applying to UVA now (very late) and have updated my resume and things. Do I still need to get the transcript for fall semester or can I just send over the one I already have?

Send your current transcript with fall grades to UVa. Don't update other schools unless they ask for an update.

But also...one of my grades hasn't come in yet - it's actually not coming in until I graduate because it's for my honors thesis. The professor has told me she'll give me an A but right now there is no grade and therefore my GPA has sunk by about 0.02 (it would sink anyway but yeah).

Doesn't change my answer. You'll probably find someone on this forum to tell you it's ok to withhold a transcript that you have and send an outdated one with an initial application (in your case, to UVa). That person will not be me.
