I'm on my phone and it can be hard to search the forum using it as I'm sure this has been asked before, but can someone please explain the index on the law school report and why its higher and lower for some schools? What is considered a good index?

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but if you go to lawschoolpredictor.com and enter in your information, I'm pretty sure your index is your "score" if you scroll to the right of the page. It will then subsequently give you the 25%, 75% and median indexes (or "scores") for each particular school, so you can see how you compare.
indexes vary from school to school because schools use certain variables with different weight to score an applicant.
