Top Law Schools

My LSDAS gpa is 3.52 , including one semester where I received all F's because I was unable to withdraw after sustaining a traumatic injury. I missed three weeks of class and when I realized I would not be able to catch up I attempted to withdraw. The school told me verbatim "You were here too long to withdraw and not long enough to receive incompletes." My question is this: My GPA without this semester is a 3.75. I included this explanation in an addendum, but will schools use this in an admissions/scholarship decision? I assume so, but I would appreciate any relevant feedback.

They'll probably consider it as "soft" in admissions, but you're still a 3.52 GPA. I'm not sure on scholarships but you're probably in a bad spot. You're still a 3.52 on paper.

I kinda figured that is how it would play out. For the state school I'm looking at going to, my gpa at 3.52 is between the 50% and 75% percentile and my LSAT is over the 75%. Still hoping to get some money. lol
