any schools to avoid if you plan to transfer?

are there any schools that just cannot be transferred out of? is it possible to go from T3 or 4 to T1? i am just wondering in case i end up in this situation

You can transfer out of any school but the shittier the school you start with the worse your options are going to be. It's sort of like dating. If you're a 6 you might be able to land an 8 but you're going to have trouble pulling a 10. If you're a 2 then you have to set your expectations accordingly.
It's possible to transfer from T3 or T4 into a T1 program but you need to do really well during 1L. It's extremely unlikely that you could transfer from a T3 or T4 into one of the most elite schools but it probably does happen on occasion.

just about everyone says that you should only attend a law school for 1L if you want to graduate from that law school.

Don't plan on transferring. Instead, study hard for the LSAT so you can get to that school as a 1L.
