When did you or will you take the LSAT application question

I've sent in apps to 7 schools already, and I just realized I did not list the date of an LSAT I took 2 years ago and cancelled. I have taken the LSAT 3 times- 10/08, 10/10, and 12/10... but I only listed 10/10 and 12/10... I have a score for both tests I took in 2010.

What should I do? I didn't not list it on purpose.. it just completely slipped my mind for some reason.

It probably shouldn't matter, but if you are worried about it, then I suggest either calling or emailing the schools in question.
