I could submit my app in the next two hours. However it would probably get in around 4. Since it is Friday, do you think I should just wait until Monday morning? I feel like the adcomms will not be open over the weekend so it will make no difference whether I submit it later today or monday. I suppose it will only make a difference if all the applications that come in over the weekend are ranked by order and thus mine will be behind them.

If it's ready, submit it now. If it's not and you'd like to proofread more or something, submit it later.

A couple days difference won't really matter either way.
