LSAT Addendum

I got a 168 today and I am pretty happy about it, but I have an absent and cancel on my LSAT transcript. Should I write an addendum for them? I have a very good reason for my absences, but I really just bombed on my cancel. I had originally asked about the absences and you guys said not to bother with an addendum, but that was before I cancelled in October and just wanted to see what you guys think.
