How Realistic?

I have been wondering how realistic my chances are of being accepted into my schools of choice. I am a gay black and latino male, graduated with a 3.5 gpa and am currently scoring in the lower 160s on my practice lsats. I am scheduled to take the lsats in February and this already limits what schools I can apply to. However, from the schools that still accept scores from February, I was thinking of applying to Tulane, Georgetown, George Washington, Fordham, UPenn, and Yale(a far reach). What are my chances?

Wait to apply till next cycle.

3.5/160's with URM status has a good shot at some good schools, but applying that late will kill your chances and even moreso kill your shot at scholarship money.

EDIT: WOOOPS! MIssed your URM stuff. Hell, dude, you should apply to Columbia and NYU for sure. Yale is still highly unlikely, but I knew 2 URMs with low 160 LSAT scores at CLS. Hell, I think one girl might have been in the high 150s!
