Addena?

I have multiple things that I need to address, do I write a separate addendum for each and upload them in separate documents or put everything in one document?
Separate docs is probably simplest for adcomms.
EDIT: Assuming they are different things. i.e. put GPA addendum and LSAT addendum separate, but if it is multiple arrests/convictions/traffic tickets/etc then put those things together.
