I realized that I messed up the date for how long I will be at my mailing address. I put the year as 2010 instead of 2011. Should I call/e-mail the school?

You mean current mailing address, I assume? And if you don't care that your correspondences will go to your permanent address, then don't bother. But if it'd be much more convenient to make use of whatever mailing address you're at now, send them an email, and follow up with a call after a few days if you don't get a confirmation email.
