Acceptance dates: PT vs FT programs

Do schools fill their part-time programs at the same time as their full-time programs? I mean, if I applied only to a school's PT program, can I expect an acceptance right away when the FT students are getting their offers, or am I going to have to wait even longer? (Lewis & Clark, specifically.)
