I submitted the transcript for my first 3 years of college to LSAC already and will have sent in my applications in the next day or two

Will I not need to submit an updated transcript until after I have been accepted to law schools and chosen the one I want to attend?

It depends on the school. Most don't need an updated transcript until after you're accepted (simply to confirm that you graduated).
