Law Question

Post by bb8900 » Mon Dec 20, 2010 6:50 pm

"If another company had an identical lawsuit, what would be the benefit of joining forces. What's the legal term and process for this?"

I need to know the answer to this question.

Can someone help?

Are you positive?

Basically if company A is suing companies B & C for the same thing, why should companies B & C join forces? B/c of joinder?

What do you need the answer to this question for? To me it looks as though you are still applying to LS...?
