Resubmitting a PS? Need your Advice.

Hello All,

Would it be wise to send in a completely new PS later in the cycle if I get held or waitlisted. I originally wrote two PSs, one conservative one and one more risky one. I now realize I should have sent in the latter as it is much better. What do you think?
