Addendum..?

I started undergrad with like 50 credits earned in high school so my last semester in college I only took 2 classes. The reason is that I was working as a substitute teacher and an office assistant (20-30 hours per week) which is on my resume. Should I add an addendum? My apps are mostly complete and it doesn't seem to be affecting my cycle so far, but I think it might look weird and I haven't heard from some target schools yet (Chicago, Columbia)
