Send new resume for apps that are not under review?

Hi,
I am wondering if I can and should e-mail Columbia, Chicago, and Penn with a new resume. I got a job right after graduating from undergrad, and the job is very relevant to my personal statement (research assistant at a legal institute that advocates for people with disabilities). It is, however, only a part-time job (25 hours per week). I have a decent shot at Columbia and Chicago with a 3.98 GPA and a 170 LSAT, but I think it will hurt me that I am coming almost straight from undergrad.
