Letter of Recommendation

I just received an email from a professor saying that he just sent in his letter of recommendation. I understand that it'll take about three days to arrive at LSAC, but how much longer should I expect to wait until LSAC processes it? I expect Christmas and the New Year will only compound with what I am sure is the busiest time of the year for processing LOR's.

I've heard of some people's letters taking a week to get processed. Another individual got their letter processed that same day although the letter was faxed. I doubt it would take much more than a week even with Christmas.

LSAC told me two weeks...which is exactly how long my last one took to post. I'd suggest having him fax a copy also - can't hurt.
