How do I send schools a letter of recommendation that was just processed by LSAC? I have already sent in all of my apps, but I think that it would be beneficial for me to have this extra letter.

Assign the LORs to the schools and when they request LSAC reports to be sent to them, yours will automatically get sent. I submitted apps then my LOR posted like 3 days later and LSAC sent reports automatically. Sometimes you have to call them, though. Some people I know had to call and ask LSAC, but mine was auto. HTH
