How do top LS consider 3 scores?

how much do 2 lower scores hurt for schools 4-10 CCN MVP boalt ect...

i'd say check individual policies in the FAQ sections of specific schools.
most of what i've seen goes something along the lines of: "we submit highest score to ABA so we give most weight to that, though we do consider average"
other schools might say "we consider higher score if X points higher" X being 3-4
