which school to choose?

Hi everyone,
I am interested in specializing in health care law. Should I only apply to law schools who specialize in this? I currently live in Florida and I know that the in-state tuition for UF is significantly lower than other schools, but doesn't have any clinics etc specializing in health care. Do you think I could still get a job in a firm specializing in health care law without going to these special schools? Or should I just pay more in tuition and try to get in a school which specializes in health care.
