Just was wondering when admissions offices close up shop. Does anyone know if it is for all of winter break? Is there a period where we can count on no activity?

Somebody on Chapman got accepted Christmas Eve after applying 12/22 or something.

generally there's very little activity around the holidays... which I guess would cover the end of December and maybe a couple of weeks into January.

I got accepted to Michigan on Christmas Eve last year. Dean Z sent all of us a personal e-mail so we wouldn't see a decision on the status tracker and not know. Michigan, at least, does not decline/waitlist over holidays.
