Yes. Here's the best thing about torts:
1.) Don't get hurt yourself.
2.) Collect 1/3 of the recovery of the poor bastard who does.

I'm not sure if you are a "plantiff's" attorney, but am assuming so...
How 'bad' are appeals? I've heard that something like 80% of large-sum judgments are overturned on appeal by the respondent/defendant
