Top Law Schools

Does anyone know if one can receive fee waivers after the December LSAT? If so, do they come right away? I was under the impression that it takes a week or two post LSAT score release, to receive them? If my applications are ready to be sent, (aside from my Dec. LSAT score), would it be more advantageous to just deal with the application fee and apply as soon as I have a score, as opposed to waiting a week or two later for a fee waiver?
