How long should my LoRs be taking once sent?

My LoRs were sent out from Michigan (the state) on the 30th of November. LSAC still says that it hasn't received either of them as of today, December the 5th. Is this standard for LSAC? I figured it would take two, maybe three days max for them to be received. Perhaps they don't mark them as received until they're actually processed?

Ancedotally, I can say that it varies, and the two factors are the time of the year and speed of processing.
One of my letter took exactly a week, and the other might have been more.

It says on their website that it can take up to 10 business days to process. I've called to inquire about one that hadn't been processed yet after a week and was told the same thing. They're probably extra swamped at this time. I was told it can take another two business days for them to send it to your schools.

Typically they seem to be processed faster if sent by fax than by post.
