I was taken into police custody/arrested a few times as a minor. They were all minor incidents and I never was charged or convicted of anything. Most schools applications simply ask if you have ever been convicted of a crime. However, certain schools, Duke, Fordham, and Notre Dame ask about arrests (Notre Dame even asks about moving violations). Anyways, how much info do they really want me to disclose? It's not that I don't want to say what I did, it's that I really don't have the time to research the minutia of events that occured 10 years ago.

If I'm recalling the apps properly, they want to know if you were arrested (easy response, yes) and what the circumstances were surrounding it. Be concise and truthful in your explanation and err on the side of demonstrating humility. If the incidents truly were minor, you should be fine.
