Dean's Certification

Do I have to go in person to each university I've attended and hand deliver the Dean's Certification supplemental form to the Dean? Or do I fax it to the huge university hoping he'll get it or mail it and hope he gets it, fills it out and mails it back to the correct place before the deadline? I'm thinking of applying to Yale and they require this document.

I e-mailed a copy of it that I signed and scanned, and asked them to let me know when it was sent.

Have you checked your school's website? I went to a UC and they have a standard procedure for dean's certs and its posted on the website, with who specifically to address it to and such. At my UG the dean's assistant actually receives and fills out dean's certs.
