okay, excuse my lack of common sense/stupidity in this question
this whole waiting game has made me retarded

offices are closed on saturdays right? i can take a break from the internet and obsessive checking?

(im asking because one of my status updates came on last sunday)

Yeah, I don't think you will see much activity (if any) over the weekend in regards to admissions decisions.

Pretty much. The ones that are open are relatively few and far between (see Duke, who has been known to send out decision emails late Saturday and Sunday nights), but I don't know what the deal is there.

not necessarily. i didn't think so at first either, but i saw on the U of R thread that someone got an acceptance call from the dean Saturday morning. of course, that's only one school.

Somebody got an acceptance on Christmas Eve in the Chapman thread...

There were UCLA acceptances today.
