Paid internship during winter and summer break for a government organization during all 4 years of undergrad?


Will this soft help at all? Will also have a letter of recommendation for the executive officer of the place

does it count as work experience? no. it does not count in the traditional sense of the term WE when people say 2 years of WE.

will the soft help at all? sure, it can make some difference. if the LOR really shows how you contributed in a real sense, then it definitely makes some difference.

also note that softs count about 5% which is nearly negligible unless it is a extraordinary soft like a nobel prize.
