Does the LOR form need to be signed? I know the recommender needs to sign their letter and the back flap if applicable, however, do i need to sign the wavier?

No, it doesn't need to be signed, but I suppose it's advisable. In case the school thinks you aren't reviewing your LoRs in advance anyhow.

Now... about this back flap. What are you referring to? I don't know what that is.

Adcoms give LORs more weight when the applicant has signed the waiver of access.

Ahduth, the LSAC form instructs the LOR writer to place the LOR in a sealed envelope and sign across the back flap to prevent tampering.
