Waitlists/ Feb LSAT

I have a 3.8/172 w/ pretty good softs (maybe not by TLS standards :-P) and I'm in at several of my top choices. My LSAT was about 4-5 points below my PT avg because I bombed games. I decide not to retake in case it dropped. Now, I don't suppose it could hurt me to retake in Feb. Might I land on waitlists (HYS) that a couple more points in Feb could get me in?

Just deciding if it's worth it. I don't mind retaking if this is even a possibility. Perhaps I'm crazy :)

If you are willing to study for it you have nothing to lose, just be sure to tell the schools to not wait for your score.

Would it hurt you if you score lower? I suppose schools can't revoke acceptances based on a new, lower LSAT. What about waitlists?

I'm taking the GMAT and the GRE, just to be sure.

Do most joint degrees require GRE/GMAT? My school took the LSAT but I may do a different joint degree for the next 3 years. I wish I can get a MBA without the GMAT. Don't want to prep anymore.

I was thinking about retaking in June...

Yeah I don't think they can take it back! At least that was my assumption. I'm already in at UVA, Michigan, and Duke, so I'm pretty pleased with that- as far as waitlists, I am just thinking my odds of getting off of them are pretty slim and might be much better if I could score higher? I'm not sure though. Anyone know someone who has done this?

And how would I notify schools not to wait for my LSAT? If I'm already complete everywhere, do I need to?
