What's your PT range? If you hit 168-170 on the retake, you have a decent shot at CCN.

If you like UVA more than MPB, then I would say save yourself the trouble of taking the LSAT again, ED to UVA, and end your cycle early. If UVA is not your top choice, or if you think you can score a 169+ to get into CCN (and you would prefer CCN), then retake and wait.

You're likely in if you do apply ED to UVA, BTW.
Can anyone verify the above? I would take UVA over MPB. I think I could score a 169+, but that would be higher than any PT I took before October.

Would EDing after getting my December score significantly hurt my chances of acceptance? (assume a 166)

I'm 166/3.84 with strong softs, but got waitlisted already. Likely in? I don't think so. You'll probably end up on the waitlist unless you score at least 167. If you really, really want UVA, better luck on the next exam

I think you still have a good chance of getting in ED even in Dec, especially with a higher lsat. I've heard of people EDing in January and getting in. I think they had better numbers though. That said, the class is filling up quickly this year...
