Grades addendum

Post by carboy67 » Thu Nov 18, 2010 6:40 pm

Worth Submitting addendum about my 3.5 GPA? I had a 3.7 freshman and a 3.4 the next two years because I've been working 20 hours a week during the school year. Is it worth it to include this in my application. I'm already submitting another addendum about my LSAT score going from 166 to 171. Does this seem like too much?

yes. many, many people work during undergrad and are able to maintain a high GPA... submitting that as an addendum makes it look like you can't handle a lot on your plate. unless you have a really good reason (Ie, i was in a coma for 1/2 of a semester and missed exams they wouldn't let me make up) then don't submit a GPA addendum.
