Where do I have a shot at getting in?

Unless you're older than 26, I think you can thank the Democratic Party for this no longer being an issue. Part of ACA is that people can stay on their parents' healthcare plans until then. I might be wrong about that however.lawschoolnonsense wrote:My resume is pretty impressive, and for what it's worth, professors have told me my statement was the best they had ever seen. I really didn't want to risk waiting around for the December LSAT, and applying next cycle really isn't an option. If I don't enroll as a full-time student straight from undergrad I'll be booted off my parents health insurance plan, and this is quite problematic insofar as I am a Type-1 diabetic.
With a 3.98 you should be able to find a job with health insurance if don't get in. That way you could retake in Feb to give yourself more time to prepare if Dec is out of the question.lawschoolnonsense wrote:My resume is pretty impressive, and for what it's worth, professors have told me my statement was the best they had ever seen. Not to be a dick or inquire about your personal situation, but I think you can keep your parent's insurance till you're 26.lawschoolnonsense wrote:My resume is pretty impressive, and for what it's worth, professors have told me my statement was the best they had ever seen. Only if you go straight through as a full-time student. I've checked.arkansawyer wrote:Not to be a dick or inquire about your personal situation, but I think you can keep your parent's insurance till you're 26.lawschoolnonsense wrote:My resume is pretty impressive, and for what it's worth, professors have told me my statement was the best they had ever seen. LOL @ a 3.98 getting OP a job. I have yet to encounter an employer who cared about my 4.0.AreJay711 wrote:With a 3.98 you should be able to find a job with health insurance if don't get in.
Lol true. I figure they at least see it on a resume and it does help for gov't jobs and maybe quantitative heavy jobs. The Gentleman wrote:LOL @ a 3.98 getting OP a job.
