November 15 ED Deadline = 11:59PM on 11/15 or 12AM on 11/5??

So the Columbia Early Decision deadline is November 15th (Monday--TOMORROW!)
I obviously should have clarified this with them before the night before the deadline...
Does this deadline mean I can submit the application up till 11:59PM tomorrow night (right before end of Nov. 15) or is the deadline tonight at midnight (12AM = start of Nov. 15)?
PLEEEEEEEASE help if you know!

Nov. 15 is the completion deadline for Columbia ED, so you likely have to submit tonight so that the LSAC report is ready to be requested on Monday. Also, the ED contract cannot be submitted through LSAC, so needs to be mailed (or maybe they would allow faxes?).

yeah if you havent mailed the ED contract you're pretty much screwed dude. Took them 9 days to process mine even though I live in NY

This is relevant to my interests. I'm ED to Penn - application must be received by November 15, complete by December 1.
So, I ask you, does November 15 mean by 11:59PM on 11/15 or 12:00AM on 11/15?
If it's the latter, I might as well go to bed.

So the ED contract has to be processed by 11/15, not mailed by 11/15? That is not good. Very bad. I can't just go in and hand it to them?

Yes you can turn it in in person. That's what I did on Friday. Everything got updated the same day. Hopefully you live in NY!

thanks all for your input...
i just cleared it up with the columbia admissions office (over the phone--I'm not currently in NY):
they said that as long as contract is post-marked by today (Nov. 15) then it will be accepted.
as for the online app, they said as long as it is submitted by the end of the day (today-Nov 15) it will aslo be accepted for ED.
