So I see Vandy, NYU, UPenn and WUSTL so long. I have an illegal turn, rolling through a stop sign (all within a few months of getting my permit) and then 4 years later, one speeding ticket

Should I include the two (unpaid) parking tickets I got in Canada?

Also, what about a citation for underage drinking that was dismissed without a court appearance, just a letter?

On a related note, I have an minor in possession of alcohol from high school and I'm in the process of getting it expunged (so I don't have to reveal it on the apps). Can't decide whether to apply for ED by the 15th or just wait for it to get done in a month or so. Any advice much appreciated

if you are unsure, call the school directly. They will tell you if you need to include it or not.

Just being safe, I guess. Writing one for the MIP anyway (in which I will have to hold back my rant about the 18 yr old drinking age and the unconstitutionality (my opinion I know) of holding highway dollar hostage for a relatively unrelated public health law change)

for some apps, u still have to disclose even if it's expunged.

also, you can have an "arrest" for an mip. arrest doesn't necessarily mean put in handcuffs.
