Just making sure I've got my LoR stuff together

I printed out the Letter of Recommendation form, the one on which you can waive your right to see the LoR at a later time. This is just a one page form, and the only thing I had to complete on it was my name and information, and the professor's name and information.

Short of the resume, class list, papers, and all the other materials that might help a professor to write a LoR, is this all I have to send them? I feel like there must be some other LSAC documents I'm not including.

Make sure you sign the LSAC form and give them an addressed/postaged envelope. Aside from the materials you listed, consider giving them a PS draft, a list of schools you're applying to, and the type of law you're interested in. (If you have one in mind)

And once you decide where you're going to school, send them a thank you card. It usually means a lot to them.
