When is applying not considered early anymore?

by things fall apart
I'm having freaking transcript issues and it's holding up sending my apps out. I have practically everything ready, but I'm just waiting on my transcript to be fixed from my school.
I need the advantage of applying early, how long until I am no longer really applying early? Is december about the cut off? Am I already too late to get that fractional early app boost?

From the stickied FAQ thread:
Timing of Application Submission
When should I submit it? When is early?
As soon as possible without sacrificing due care of quality.
General rule of thumb:
Super Early: Before Halloween
Early: Before Thanksgiving
On Time: Before Christmas
Lateish: After New Years.
The longer you wait, the lower your chances become and the less scholarship money there is. Exception: Yale, which does not do a rolling admissions process.
HTH :)
