I know that simply applying to more than one school ed is a no-no, but what about this:

I apply ed to law school A.
I apply normally to law school B.
I hear back from law school A with a rejection.

Is it then ok to switch my application at law school B to ed?

In cases of schools with different ED dates, it is quite common for someone to ED to the earlier deadline, and then if they get rejected ED to the later deadline.

Just make sure to check the ED contract. Some, like Northwestern, prohibit multiple EDs in a cycle regardless of whether you get rejected.

Only people with work experience can really understand such a well thought out, pragmatic policy...

Edit: at least 2 years work experience, of course

If we don't want you, no one else should want you!
