Yes, they confirmed receipt of it several days after I sent it and everything was fine. I attached it as a doc and pdf. I wasn't under review already, but something like this shouldn't be an issue. If it's going to take time you don't have, don't worry about it either way. But I like being on the safe side of C&F.

So I have received 3 speeding tickets in the past 6 or 7 years. Should I go back and look up the specific dates for all of these, or should I just say something to the extent of "I have received 3 speeding tickets since 2003, blah blah blah"?

If you are going to do it, do it right. Put the dates.

Yup. If you can. I went to DMV to pull up my driving record, and it was clean (because of traffic school). I didnt even know what year I got it in. They told me to just give as much info as possible, but I was eventually able to find the date I completed online traffic school which gave me an idea of when I got the ticket.
