unc application

unc's application has 'topics' as opposed to just asking for personal statement, etc. any advice as to whether i should i label the documents 'personal statement' or 'topic 1' in the header?

I applied last week and labeled each by Topic.. seems they want you to cater your personal statement to their guidelines so I would play it safe and just do it that way.
