What does 'valid until' mean for a mailing address?

I'm trying to figure out what to write under "mailing address valid from __ to __" after filling out my present mailing address for my applications. Can anyone help me with this pls? Many thanks!

really lol? When is it valid until? Is your lease up soon? Are you moving? How long will that be YOUR valid address

Oh i see i see thanks! But what if we own the house and don't have plans to move in the near future? How should I fill in the space then, could you tell me? Thankssss!

I plan on moving wherever I go to school so I put 7/2011 for valid until on all my apps. Just put 9/2011 for all of them, I mean the latest you will hear back from admissions is before then so you'll be fine.

Yup, I put 9/2011 or 9/1/2011 for all my apps.
