Explanation for Biology major?

Will schools just assume I couldn't get into med school if I don't write an addendum to explain why I majored in biology? How much would it hurt me if they did assume that?

I'm not saying I failed at getting into med school, haha. I didn't even apply. No, you don't need an addendum.
No, they won't care that you failed at getting into med school.
